“Red, White and Blue Rhino®” Consumer Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Contest is offered only in the continental United States and is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older as of June 19, 2008, except employees and members of their same households (whether related or not) and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) regardless of where they live of: Quixote Group (“Marketing Partner”), FOX Sports Radio (“ Prize Provider”), and Blue Rhino (“Sponsor”) and all other entities of Ferrellgas, L.P., and their respective affiliated companies, franchisees, promotional agencies, and anyone involved in the promotion, development and handling of this Contest. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter the “Red, White and Blue Rhino” Consumer Contest (“Contest”): Beginning on or about 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 19, 2008 until 11:59 P.M. ET on July 18, 2008 (“Contest Period”), you may enter the Contest by visiting www.foxfreqs.com or www.bluerhino.com and completing and submitting the online entry form. Upon completion of the entry form, Photo entries should be submitted on www.foxfreqs.com, while Video entries should be submitted via YouTube to the Red, White and Blue Rhino contest page at http://www.youtube.com/group/redwhitebluerhino. All submissions are subject to Sponsor’s approval prior to being posted and judged. Limit one (1) online entry per valid email address for the entire Contest Period. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple emails, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding entry limitation will be disqualified. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like online entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods. These official Contest rules are available at www.foxfreqs.com and www.bluerhino.com during the Contest Period, or by writing to Red, White and Blue Rhino Contest Rules, 470 West Hanes Mill Road, Suite 200 Winston-Salem, NC 27105 for receipt by July 18, 2008.

Blue Rhino, Ferrellgas Partners, L.P., FOX Sports Radio and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet service and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any harm to property or body resulting from any aspect of this Contest, any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, service providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the Blue Rhino web site or any other web site relevant to this Contest; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof. Proof of online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A gas grill of Sponsor’s choosing, to be delivered within 30 days of receipt of Winner affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity, a one (1) year supply of Blue Rhino propane, in the form of a gift certificate good for four Blue Rhino exchanges or spares, to be redeemed within 365 days (“Prize period”) of Sponsor confirmation, a fire pit, one (1) Fox Sports Radio Ogio backpack, one (1) Fox Sports Radio polo golf shirt, one (1) Fox Sports Radio short sleeve dress shirt, one (1) Fox Sports Radio t-shirt, and (1) autograph baseball bat signed by Fox Sports Radio talent, including: Steve Czaban, Craig Shemon & James Washington, Chris Myers & Sean Farnham, Andrew Siciliano & Krystal Fernandez, and JT The Brick (Approximate Retail Value - $1,050.00). One (1) First Photo Prize: One (1) complimentary spare propane tank or propane tank exchange at any Blue Rhino retail location, and one (1) Fox Sports Radio Ogio backpack Approximate Retail Value - $250.00 ). One (1) First Video Prize: One (1) complimentary spare propane tank or propane tank exchange at any Blue Rhino retail location, and one (1) Fox Sports Radio Ogio backpack (Approximate Retail Value - $250.00). Limit one prize per family/household. All prizes will be awarded. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,550.00.

All federal, state and local taxes on prize are winner's sole responsibility. Prizes cannot be transferred prior to award, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value, due to prize unavailability for any reason.

How Winners will be Determined: The Prize Winners will be selected on or about July 25, 2008 by a panel composed of Sponsor, Sponsor’s marketing partner, from among all eligible entries received by Prize Provider, host of photo submissions, and YouTube, host of video submissions, and will be contacted.  Judge's decisions with respect to the identity of prize winner and all other matters pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this Contest, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Contest Rules and judges' decisions. Prize Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact a winner within seven (7) days of selection, if Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth in these Official Contest Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. By accepting the Prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest, the judges and/or Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Contest, or to terminate and/or modify the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible, non-suspect entries received that are not affected by the problem. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.bluerhino.com or any web site established for this Contest. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Blue Rhino, Ferrellgas, L.P., FOX Sports Radio and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with their participation in the Contest and/or their acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize awarded in this Contest.

Winners List:  After July 25, 2008, you may obtain a copy of the Winners List by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (with proper postage affixed) to: Red, White and Blue Rhino Contest Rules Winners List, 470 West Hanes Mill Road, Suite 200 Winston-Salem, NC 27105. All requests must be received by November 30, 2008.
