Thursday, September 11th 2008 Premiere Radio Networks Hosts Radio Broadcast of CMA Award Nominations
LOS ANGELES, September 11, 2008 - Premiere Radio Networks' Senior Producer/Country Programming, Rosemary Young, hosted the network's exclusive live radio broadcast of the main CMA Award nominations from the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tenn., yesterday. Young was joined on air by Country star James Otto, who read the nominations for
"Vocal Group of the Year," "Male Vocalist of the Year," "Female Vocalist of the Year" and "Entertainer of the Year." Otto later found out that he was nominated for "New Artist of the Year."
Premiere Radio Networks is the official radio packager of the CMA Awards, including a radio broadcast of the gala event. The 42nd Annual CMA Awards will air Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 8 p.m. ET from the Sommet Center on ABC Television.
