"Costas on the Radio" Preview - Weekend of July 26th-27th, 2008


LOS ANGELES, July 24, 2008 - Tune in to Costas on the Radio this weekend for an encore performance of Bob Costas' interviews with Hall of Fame Broadcaster and voice of the Milwaukee Brewers, Bob "Mr. Baseball" Uecker, and ESPN Sunday Night Baseball play-by-play announcer, Jon Miller.

Costas is currently in Beijing for his seventh Olympics as prime-time host of NBC Sports' coverage.


Costas on the Radio is a two-hour weekend show hosted by Bob Costas and features conversations with newsmakers and significant figures from sports and other walks of life, as well as Costas' own commentaries and observations. The program is nationally syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks on more than 220 stations including KLAC/Los Angeles, KNBR/San Francisco, WEEI/Boston, WIOD/Miami, WPEN/Philadelphia, WTEM/Washington, D.C., and WDFN/Detroit.
