"Costas on the Radio" Preview - Weekend of June 13th-14th, 2008


LOS ANGELES, June 13, 2008 - This weekend, Costas on the Radio will feature a two-hour retrospective of legendary sports broadcaster Jim McKay's career, including interviews Costas conducted with him over the years. McKay passed away last weekend.


Costas on the Radio is a two-hour weekend show hosted by Bob Costas and features conversations with newsmakers and significant figures from sports and other walks of life, as well as Costas’ own commentaries and observations. The program is nationally syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks on more than 210 stations including KLAC/Los Angeles, KNBR/San Francisco, WEEI/Boston, WPEN/Philadelphia, WTEM/Washington, D.C., and WDFN/Detroit.
