About Chris Myers
Chris Myers joined FOX Sports Radio as the mid-day co-host with Steve Lyons for the network debut in September 2000.
Myers & Lyons aired on the network for two years before he decided to concentrate on his duties for FOX Television. He remained with the radio network in a part-time capacity until taking over as co-host of
The Drive in November 2004. Myers joined FOX Television in December of 1998 as one of the original anchors of
The National Sports Report and the weekly sports magazine program
Goin' Deep. He currently hosts the pre-race show for NASCAR on FOX, which will feature the 50th running of the Daytona 500. He also serves as the field reporter for MLB on FOX, which just covered the American League Champion Series and World Series; and is also a play-by-play announcer and field reporter for NFL on FOX, which will cover the playoffs as well as the Super Bowl. With more than 20 years in broadcasting, Myers has covered all of the world's premiere sports events, including the Super Bowl, World Series, NBA Finals, NCAA Final Four, The Masters and U.S. Open Golf, Kentucky Derby, the Olympics and the Daytona 500.
