The Bob & Tom Show Celebrates Cincinnati Reds Opening Day
LOS ANGELES, April 9, 2012 -- The Bob & Tom Show and affiliate FOX 92.5 FM helped the city of Cincinnati celebrate the Reds' Opening Day last week in a big way. The program kicked off the city-wide holiday with a live remote broadcast from Whisky Bar in downtown Cincinnati. Nearly 400 fans, many of whom lined up at 4:30 a.m. to get front-row seats, watched the four-hour show, which featured special guest appearances by comedian Roy Wood Jr., legendary Reds broadcaster Marty Brennaman, comedian Josh Sneed and the Cincinnati Reds mascots.
Following the broadcast, Tom Griswold and Kristi Lee made an appearance in the Opening Day parade before heading over to the Great American Ball Park, where Bob Kevoian helped lead the crowd in singing "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" during the 7th inning stretch.
